2. Yarn spinning
After the raw material has been purchased, it goes into a selected spinning. Again, the selection of the company plays an important role, because that yarn is the basis for your towel. The finished yarn is then picked up by us and is brought to the next company.
3. Weaving for towel production
According to your order we select the matching weaving company, which has the best technical production line for the individual composition of your towel.
4. Dyeing
After the towels have been produced in weaving, we will deliver them to the dyeing station. As in the entire production process IC Collection takes care and provides based on the same high demands on the selected dyeing company. Only colours from the German company Henkel are used. Therefore we ensure and guarantee that the colours used are harmless to health.
5. Quality Control in the Towel Production
IC Collection initiates between each production section their own additional quality control so it can be assured in each section that our high standard is consistently given. In the end, prior to the shipment from Turkey to our shipping depot in German we as well carry out quality control measures.
